Within group coaching, collaboration and empowerment are the driving forces behind achieving our goals and developing new skills. In addition, we will celebrate the group's progress and accomplishments together, building connection and a sense of oneness in the session. Group coaching is a highly effective and inclusive way to access the benefits of coaching efficiently and cost-effectively.

Strategy / discovery session
Our 45-minute, obligation-free and cost-free call lets us get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit - this is as important for group coaching sessions as it is with one-on-one sessions. It's about your team or group, their goals, and their challenges. I'll listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand your (and the group's) needs better. This first step is an essential investment in time, as we want to ensure we're the right people to support your objectives.

Defining the path
At this stage, we define our session(s) and approach so that they are tailored and aligned to the group's priorities and goals. We'll explore what matters most to the individuals of the group using insightful tools and exercises - this can be done through a couple of pre-session exercises. This will ensure that we are creating a program of sessions or an agenda for a single session that best serves to achieve your desired outcomes. Together we'll set up the guidance, support, and accountability.

Creating the change
As a life coach facilitating group sessions, I typically start by checking in with the team to create a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Next, I introduce a theme or topic for the session as agreed upon before the sessions, which can involve exploring challenges, celebrating successes, or identifying growth opportunities.
During the sessions, team members share their perspectives, engage in group activities, and offer feedback to each other. As a result, we deepen our understanding and work towards achieving personal and collective goals.
Finally, at the end of the sessions, I summarise vital insights and help the team set actionable steps to achieving goals or what to work on for the next session.
